Isn't it the truth! The Republicans pretty much kept Bush under wraps during the campaign. I think if they could figure out how, they'd have kept him away from every unscripted possibility as President. I think Bush has been a wake up call for all Americans. We've really got to be more careful about who we let be President. Maybe we need a mandantory competency test with public results we could all examine. President is an important job, we need more than a frontman in it.

In 2000, I thought it was tweedle-dum v tweedle-dee myself. I didn't bother to vote. 911 changed my mind. I want Bush as President because he will defend America and our interests even if France disapproves. And Gore, who I thought was a sane Democrat, has convinced me otherwise. In general, Democrats can't be trusted on national security issues. That's my opinion now.

The Democratic attempts to politicize the war on terror and the enthusiastic embrace of Moore's anti-American conspiracy theories sicken me. I can't imagine this party endorsing anyone trustworthy on defense.
