I don't know about the numbers for all women in America, but the Abortion rate among teenaged women (especially those under the age of 18) are at multi-decade lows (as is the pregnancy rate of teenagers, as is the birth rate for teenaged mothers). re: "The ban of partial birth abortion was perfect for Bush.
