Dick cheney is maybe the biggest liar. The reason he's the worse is that he is usually discussing matters of war and peace when he lies, yet he has absolutely no qualms about putting out total fabrications like the debunked Atta in Prague story he knew was false. Cheney also told us Saddam was one year away from having a nuclear weapon and that the tax-payers needed to pay for 1300 new power plants (built by Halliburton and other buddies) or we'd simply run out of energy.
