Yeah, I remember that one.....but not really the same as requiring a sitting president to testify about cigars, etc....the sordid details that Starr went after belies the claim that it was the perjury that was important..... I also think that a psychiatrist lying about having sex with a patient maybe more than perjury charge, not so?
