Well, gee, that does it, Win, clap 'em all into the brig, good and bad apples alike--gawd, another dull cliche I get to repeat.

You may have missed it, what else is new for a true believer like you, but I have firmly been of the position that those responsible for Abu Ghraib should be prosecuted. However, I have never seen any suggestion by anyone or any reports suggesting that the legal status for the prisoners in Iraq be the same as that for those in Afghanistan, which is what you suggested and which is...........really, really cheeeeesy.
