You tested it by going on the jury when you knew you were against conviction going in. I wasn't against conviction. The judge let everyone who who said he couldn't convict off. What she did was illegal, even if I think it shouldn't be, and she was clearly guilty. I had no problem convicting her. It was hanging her for it that gave me problems. I didn't realize that juries set the sentence and I certainly never expected that lust for retribution over a few dirty pictures.
