Bush has spent his ammo. He ran 80 million in negative ads and they failed mostly. Now Kerry has more ammo than Bush. A lot more. A ton more. Just wait. Bush's ad barrage (the largest in history) did keep Kerry's negatives modest, but Bush did it all with lies which can easily be disproven. Kerry is not weak on defense nor is he going to raise 98% of the peoples' taxes. Those are two easy lies to defeat right there. And bush just flip-flopped about a dozen times in the past two weeks. On big stuff.
