Yeah, and Bush's same rightwing liars slandered McCain in 2000. Remember how they spread rumors about him ratting out to the Vietcong and being nuts? The same rightwingers who call Kerry a "traitor" called McCain the same thing. They also accused triuple amputee waro Max Cleland of being soft on defense and supporting Saddam and Osama. This is the dark underbelly of the Bushies. Bush made a lot of phony promises to the SC vets groups in 2000 which he flip-flopped on as soon as he got into power. Instead of helping them, he slashed veterans benefits. He wants to slash them again in 2005 for all you vets out there. To help pay for his tax cuts to the billionaires.
