if a dictator type like Cheney ever tries to declare martial law I'll reverse that opinion.

Declaration of martial law could very likely cause a revolution. We could see a civil war right here in America, especially if it is called by Cheney Bush. I'm not going to sit for it...no effin way.

I agree with all of that. I just don't like blanket bans. There needs to be exceptions to any bans. Maybe there should be a lot of hoops to hurdle to ensure that firearms don't fall into the wrong hands, but blanket bans with no recourse, exception or anything is just wrong.
