How about the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and all the nations that came out of the former Soviet Union?>> Opposite. It shows your total ignorance when it comes even to most recent history. Czech Republic and Slovakia did not come out of the former USSR. They were not the part of the Soviet Union. Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Georgia, Kazachstan were between the nations who came out of the former Soviet Union.
