Chinu, Yes today's announcement is great news for the American people because it sets in motion a national debate so crucial to determine our future direction.

I'll make a prediction that the Edwards announcement will prompt VP Cheney to resign "for health reasons." New VP on Bush ticket will be either John McCain or Condoleeza Rice. Probably McCain(he knows the importance & long-range strategy of War on Terror). If this scenario does indeed develop, the next 4mos will prove to be not only fascinating but a productive national discussion that includes all ramifications for foreign policy, workers rights and sets U.S. goals for next 4yrs.

Edwards will face disappointment in Nov; however more importantly, it hands him the golden ring that will ultimately lead to his Presidency in 2008. I can finally thank the Dems & John Kerry for getting something right. Edwards for President in 2008!! Thanks Dems.
