Moore will likely get a memorial on the Mall, probably somewhere near the new WWII memorial.

I doubt Congress will wait until his death to honor him, his contribution to the country has been so great that they will want to start work on the memorial immediately.

To save time they may re-named the Washington Memorial to the "Moore Memorial."
