Hi Sandeep,

I agree with Robert O.

When you as a company say it is important to dilute your stockholders value - (to keep your talented employees),It is a negative for the stockprice also.

When Intel realizes that the stockholders are the owners and they enble the reinvestment of the wealth created - They'll have a stock price that approaches New All Time Highs.

I hope all managements see this as the light of stock price appreciation.
