maybe. my own observation of tops/bottoms, double, triple, quadruple, etc., has been: when a chart has hit a bottom/top more than twice without significant upmove/downmove away from that bottom/top/trendline, i go on watch for penetration of that bottom/top/trendline. it happens way more than half the time (maybe 70% or 80% ?). it doesn't mean it goes to hell or to the moon, but the penetration happens a lot. that's been my experience.
