Someone aptly said that the anti abortionists yell from rooftops about the rights of the unborn child. But once the child is born, they care less to provide for its education, healthcare, job opportunities etc.

The American people have realized that abortion is an issue between the mother and her God. We elect our President to provide for the child after it is born and hence people are interested to hear from Bush what his plans are to provide for those who are born by way of healthcare, education etc. Not for the Iraqi children but for the American children, those in the inner cities etc.
