What you SAID was that the EA and NEA were eliminating history classes. That is what I would like some proof of- since you said it.

I know what all the schools in my district are doing, and I am very familiar with several other districts. They are not eliminating history classes- although standards based education has required some changes in education. That, however, is not the fault of the NEA or the EA. I would still like to know where, in this entire country, the NEA or EA have CAUSED the elimination of history classes- that is what you said, that is the statement you should be able to support- if you are going to make statements like that, you should be ready to support them, or you should understand why people don't believe you if you cannot support them.

And yes, I told you I had been in a few schools where it was VERY difficult to find much, if any American History classes.

I'm surprised. I was pretty sure that they taught American History in Special Ed.
