The E approach is that each and every act designed to extract information from certain prisoners is complete torture of every prisoner -- which is utter nonsense. Your arguments all lack proportionality.

I do not consider all of the incidents in the first wave of publicity clearly to be torture, but I do think they are all likely to be abuses without adequate justification. So I will stick to my term, thanks.
