Well said. Well, there came certain moments in time when he faced knowing certain gals weren't going to keep lying for him. He was ok 'til then. But suddenly, he choose to trash the good word of American citizens he knew were both honest and innocent of making ANY false claims; not in the quest of fame, nor at the behest of a right-wing conspiracy. He chose to destroy the reputations of the truly innocent to cover the one important thing to him: his own ass.

Surely Democrats and Republicans alike can naught but agree. It was plainly impeachable behavior in a President...straight away. Let a President in his position admit his transgressions when called out, and let the people forgive and vote him anyway, if they will. It would seem he could have managed that, but the path he chose should have resulted in his removal from office.
