I'd like to believe that was true- but the link one clicks on in the world net article doesn't have anything about that. Can you find a mainstream citation? I have found worldnet to be...well...accuracy challenged. But I thank you for finding that, it's certainly better than nothing. I don't think worldnet even came up when I did my search- or I might have blipped over it, because it was worldnet.

Looks like Bush should actually CUT the budget instead of increasing it below NEA's demand level.
