Edwards may be able to win it for DEms in NC. The spin from the GOP that Edwards can't even win his own state is presumptive as hell. NC has been hit hard by the Bush economy and war. Furthermore, Kerry doesn't need to win NC. If he wins NC then it's a total landslide victory and Bush has lost 40 states.
