I deliberately listed in first week of April because I wanted to sell before the season started. Sales here in Orange County are still brisk. There are buyers if the property priced just below the market.
I view LA at a capital of speculation. RE went to wild extreme there, so the bust must start there as well.

They were smart. They probably still made out very well. The time may not be far away when they couldn't have sold the condo at any price.
