glenn a, Thanks very much for your considerable effort in addressing my question. I had made some assumptions, or "guesses" when I read your original post. I anticipated only three of your ten transition points. Certainly all ten are thought provoking, as well as the extensive supporting information. It is very possible I may have more questions, but you deserve a rest! Thanks again. The depth on this thread is exceptional, and your contributions are certainly one of the reasons. TH
