One of our very best Presidents, Abraham Lincoln, was a nasty old trial attorney.

True. But unfortunately, the profession has suffered in the last 50 years. Because of Edwards, I heard that the polls show 53% of the respondents have a negative image of trial lawyers. Don't feel bad, they dislike Oil companies and HMO's more.

Oh, yeah, Lincoln, Jefferson, Madison, etc., tried spurious toxic mold cases, fast food class actions, absurd asbestos class actions, silly silicone breast implant cases, etc.

Riiight.

Whatever.

I feel sorry for you if you cannot tell the difference between the sharks we have now and the lawyers you mentioned.
