Ed,

I think an equity issue would be beneficial for ATPG if only to get the expensive debt off the books. The banks got a sweet deal on the LOC. ;)

I like the business case but also realise ATPG has abit of risk. LOL

Bought more for a trade rather than keeping it longer term.
