The same intel that failed to check if the people mentioned in the document were actually in the office at the time of the alleged sale...or are you refering to the intel report that turned out to be a plagerization of an out of date master student report?

With such intel and "intent" as the basis, I can prove that the pharmacy down the street wants to sell prozac without prescription and I should kill him before he turns into another Pablo Escobar.

<If, as intelligence reported> You mean the forged uranium documents? Now where do you suppose forged those documents (the ones you refer to as "intelligence") why were they prepared and distributed? Hmmmm. Who would want to make it look like SH was try to buy uranium? Hmmmm. Who would break into an embassy, steal letterhead and try to pass of the letters as authentic? Hmmmm. Who would do something so calculated to make SH look like a threat to the United States? Hmmmm. Who would try to draw attention to these documents and give them an air of "truth" and use them as "intelligence" for speeches from the White House? Hmmmm. Anybody you can think of?
