Subpoena them and get testimony, just like they did with Timothy McViegh's family. If we can imprison turban wearing American citizens simply for looking suspicious, surely we can take testimony from the family of a mass murderer. Who is or was to say whether or not one or more members of the family had not provided financing to the terrorists or were in some way involved? Were we so certain in the immediate aftermath of 9/11 that all the bin ladens were lily white innocent of any involvement? How can that be?
