that makes sense. Like an average IT contractor will be billed at least for $45/hr., but employees themselves only get $25-$35. The rest will be the benefit and overheads.

This makes the pay for some engineers at QCOM stand out. A friend of mine gets paid $130,000+$30,000 year end bonus. And his health insurance package is free, including all types of dental care.
