Clinton paid as he went. Kerry will do the same. Bush is the worst deficit spender in history and doesn't even seem to care. if he cared he'd have a solution, but he avoids the issue entirely. The only cuts in spending he wants are the ones which really hurt needy people, like injured vetsd and women with breast cancer. Meanwhile he doggedly defends tax cuts for Warren Buffett and Bill gates which they don't even want. How much snse does that make? Zero.
