"I will but I can't help feeling its an election year gimmick" Nothing wrong with being a bit skeptical. But give credit where credit is due. You know the dems attacked, and attacked hard on this point. Time to say, ooops, we were wrong on that one. Seeing as this justice department has been tougher on corporate crime than ANY ADMINISTRATION in the history of the U.S., I would almost think you guys could knock that out of the list of Bush screw ups. I know, I ask a lot. But give it some thought.
