Kerry campaign "officially" has nothing to do with either Michael Moore or Moveon.org so they are unlikely to make any comments about distancing from them (and privately welcome them and hope that they do not go overboard on their rhetoric). It is just like Bush team did not distance themselves from Wylie brothers or Bob Jones.

Further, you read on the news on daily basis where Republican operatives are saying there is "plenty of attack material" against John Edwards. Atleast they could take "attack" out of their lingua franca and not be brazen about it. Everyone knows what they are capable of.
