Yes, every single trial lawyer is bad. Edwards is bad by virtue of being a trial lawyer. I've seen the light.

Ummm... depends -- if a company keeps saying over and over (like the in the case of AMD) that everything's dandy, all the while knowing that everything's not, and people buy stock on their word, then I can see where that would be grounds for a lawsuit.
