Some MDs don't belong in the business......like the MD in MN who diagnosed his patient with breast cancer and chopped off her breasts. He made a booboo.......or the surgeon in Boston who ran out in the middle of an operation to make a deposit he forgot to do on his lunch break.

Most of these lawsuits are not frivolous......only the few that we hear about. There are MDs, just like with any profession, that need to be given the boot. That's what these lawsuits are all about.......if you don't like the award system, then change it. But thank God for attorneys like John Edward who don't let these smucks get away with their BS.
