Actually....E misquoted or deliberately ignored what I actually posted....Clinton gets some of the blame to be sure.....he was indeed AWOL on the terror issue...and he had the best chance to head off the war we now are forced to fight.....but there is plenty of blame to go around.....on both sides of the aisle....
