You can pretty much separate liberal anbd centrist between who voted for the war powers act and who didn't.

So in addition to being wrong about the War Powers Act, you are saying the Dems want the terrorists to succeed....again. 8 years of mealymouth do nothing about the problem types, in fact encouraged the terrorists they could succeed in hitting the US with 9-11.
