The neocons who hijacked the agenda never cared much about Al Qaeda, to them it was an "opportunity" to put in place their pre-existing plan.

You have to be a real sick, disgusting example of a human being to cynically take advantage of the deaths of 3,000 innocent people like the neocons did.

Before the blood of the 9/11 victims was even dry they were licking their chops over this wonderful opportunity they had been presented with.
