With 1000's of trials going on every moment of every day around the country, in virtually every town, you are always going to be able to find bad decisions; ones that really piss you off. The vast majority that go the way they should you never hear about, civil or criminal.

It's real easy to find fault with our legal system, I do it myself. But it may the world's best, and we have a hell of a lot of politicians (and yes lawyers) working on it on the national, state, county and city level, passing laws for the last 200+ years. It may be screwed up, but it's not from not trying.

Guys like joe scream about the system, but never offer alternatives that fit with the constitution.
