Regardless........the Church commission crippled American intelligence, which imo probably had an effect on International intelligence. Intelligence agencies don't seem to have had all the tools necessary to connect the dots, and that is not to say that they would have anyway. The more commissions we have looking into these matters the more confused I get. I don't know who to believe, and would require any documents to prove the case one way or another. Certainly can't discount political motivation in their "findings." M
