If they do pull some trick like that on 26/27/28 of July, it still wouldn't help them. Iraq will continue to fester and so will Afghanistan. Most sensible people would get that message in the three months of August, September and October. If one can't get the message in 3 months, one will never get it.

And the idiots who don't get the message are already on Dumbya's side anyway! ;-) So, overall, such a trick will have little or no impact.
