It is not good legislation, it should be repealed. I agree 100%. IMO, Bush and that detestable Ashcroft's assault on civil liberties is the single worst aspect of this administration, with their profligate spending policies coming in a close second. The GOP needs to move in a more libertarian direction. That being said, Kerry and Edwards' class warfare pandering and loony tune tax and spend, redistributionist ideas would spell disaster for our economy and for me, that's enough to hold my nose and vote for Bushes re-election...
