Scarborough is partially correct; Bush took a cheap shot. Obviously Edwards has more National and International experience than Bush did in 2000!

But Joe shows that he is no economist when he talks about the "strongest economic recovery in 20 years". That is BS. Structurally this is the weakest economy since the early 1980s.
