The state already interferes in banning polygamy, so we are in the bedroom already :-)

Personally I don't care what consenting adults do, but we need to remember that the laws that exist on marriage were there to protect women and children. While traditional marriages may be in decline - the benefits date to a time when marriage meant children and we needed laws to protect dependent mothers and children.

As the son of a single mom, I can relate to that issue. If we preserve those benefits - I could be very libertarian about everything else marriage wise.

Now since you are pro-death penalty for the unborn and elderly (and in these cases with no trial), why do you oppose it for serial killers?
