Don't we have certain requirements to fulfill under the NATO alliance? The US is obligated under the NATO treaty to consider an armed attack against one NATO member as equivalent to an attack on itself if the attack happens in the "NATO area" Which NATO member was the target a military attack by Yugoslavia or Serbia?
