OOF- I wonder if you & your peers could read the following... no. it was everything i could do just to read your post without the link. too many words spoil the broth for me. <g> but here's an interesting tidbit you may not have known, or else you've forgotten... there was no clinton/gore administration. there was only a clinton administration. gore was the VP. VP's used to just preside over the senate and attend funerals. if you're interested in the chronology and the facts and motives behind decisions of the clinton administration you can get it from the only one who was there at every turn. you can even get right into his thinking process and world view. he's published a book: amazon.com ...way too many words for ME to read though. good luck on your research project. are you working on your master's thesis? -polvo
