Bush is the worst foreign affairs president in history. He is universally unpopular all over the world. After 9-11 the whole world wanted to help us. Bush squandered all that good will and more by lying to the world and being obsessed with only one goal, invading Iraq. Now we are stuck with Iraq. It is a huge headache and Bush is not going to get any real foreign help. Kerry however can mvoe in and fix the problem. The world trusts John Kerry as a true diplomat. Prior to becoming presdient, GW had never even been out of the country for any extended period. He was quite simply, ignorant of the world, and still is.
