I am not sure of the numbers but even going from 19% to 25% among a group that votes at a 80% or so rate can be the difference in states like CA, NJ, PA and NY. That was the hope--to create a broad Bush win stealing Jews and Hispanics from the democrats. If the iraq war hadn't gone badly and the economy had picked up steam a bit earlier, Bush may have won in a landslide. Mike
