I suspect if Pakistan wants to conduct more nuclear tests it is more of a message to India then anything to us. Probably there are some rumblings going on we dont even know about. Seems to me both countries ought to give up the nuclear option, neither can afford it, least of all Pakistan and I would think terrorism is far more of a threat. jdn
