"Far as I am concerned ANY chemical plant having dangerous chemicals, any nuclear plant (I live right between TWO) is dangerous and whether its on a list or not needs to have the utmost security, ESPECIALLY if its in a metropolitan area. jdn" We agree on this. (The NRC gives advance notices, often some months in advance, of any field tests of nuclear plant security... and STILL these plants manage to fail more often then they pass.)
