I suppose that could bring a balance to rents and prices here on the coasts if wages out pace prices. But in the seventies I recall prices more or less tracked inflation here.
Maybe just maybe coast prices will stagnate while wage inflation occurs while the inland area's such as yours see a wage and price inflation to bring further balance.
The thought just sparks my interest in various area CAP rates. If a majority of good CAP rates are inland "which I have no personal understanding or knowledge other than recent conversations" then more the reason to search them out now.
