I doubt it. Ten percent? I think you have an overly skewed view of the medical profession. Makes me wonder whether you ever had elective surgery.


Yes, you are right........I just checked. Tools are left 1500 times out of 28 million cases or less than 1%. And no I have never had elective surgery unless you count my tonsils when I was a kid.
