First off, Enron contributions are not Lay contributions. If we look at total Enron giving, we see much more going to Democrats. And the total dating back 15 years is under $2 million.

Second, the plane was rented. It was not free. It was not a contribution. It was used on several trips, but wasn't even the primary transportatation for the Bush 2000 campaign. And there are rules for reporting such transactions to the FEC.
